Hi Pamela, read especially the last chapter of the e-book where I explain my method for giving up smoking. I would love to hear what you think of both the free e-book and the MP3. All the best.

I have been smoking since the Fall of 1981 and I have tried to quit several times but deemed my efforts unsuccessful.
I have tried nicotine patches but came to realize that my skin became very irritated by them.
I hope this method will help me stop. I am very healthy & exercise quite often but this ugly smoking habit seems to hold me back on a lot on what I want to accomplish.

    • Rob says:

Thanks for the comment, Vickie, I had been smoking for about 20 years before I gave up using this method so let’s see if it works for you. You will also be sent information about other methods so there may be some alternatives that will help you as well.

I used to try nicotine patches as well and they didn’t do me much good.

It’s really good news that you are otherwise healthy and exercise regularly – this will help you as you will notice the benefits quite soon after giving up. All the best!

Hi, I have been smoking for 25 years and have tried everything including chantix to stop. I really want to be a non-smoker, but the mental aspect always seems to be my downfall. I am getting married in August and would love to be a non-smoker. I just signed up for the ebook.

    • Rob says:

Hello Tracy. Don’t worry about the mental aspect. Have a look at the e-book and the other information I’ll be sending you and give it a try. I’ve had a lot of success stories. Congratulations on your impending marriage. I’m sure you’ll be very happy but don’t put any pressure on yourself.

    • Rob says:

Hello Deborah, thanks for you comment. It really is a lesson to everyone that one puff 7 years later was enough to put you back! Please have a look at the penultimate chapter of the e-book, listen to the MP3 and also have a look at the emails you will subsequently receive from me because the breathing exercises are the best method I know to quit.

Let me know how you get on. πŸ™‚

  6. Ben Holt says:

Hey, best wishes to all who are working toward quitting! I’ve personally struggled with addiction, though not to tobacco. (I’m fortunate in that cigarettes make me highly nauseated.) It’s tough to face, but if you have faith in your ability to overcome and give the endeavor 100%, you’ll kick the habit.

    • Rob says:

Hey Ben. Good to see you on board. Thanks for joining and thanks for your encouraging words of wisdom. All the best! πŸ™‚

Hi .. I have been smoking from past three years . I tried several ways to get rid of this bad habit but nothing turned out to be effective . Recently when I googled , I happened to see your website and thought of trying your method as well . I would be grateful if you could help me out to kick this bad habit off.
I know , willpower is very much required but I am very poor to maintain my promise . Please provide me the solution which doesn’t require any willpower . I badly want to develop a habit of not-smoking .

    • Rob says:

Please give my method a go, Anish, and let me know how you get on through the website.

We’ve had a lot of success stories in the last few days and I’d love to add you to the group of happy ex-smokers that have been here.

Have a look at the penultimate chapter of the e-book, listen to the 3 minute MP3, and read the emails I send you. It’s all there, it won’t take you long and …. it’s free!
